  • National Center Biobank Network (NCBN)について《講師：NCBN》

    NCBNでは、各NCの特徴を活かしたバイオバンクを運営し、収集した検体・情報をアカデミアや企業へ提供する仕組み作っています。病名に加えて共通問診情報や多様な試料の情報等をカタログ化して一般に公開しています。我が国の三大バイオバンクの一つとして、2023年末現在で、登録者の総数が13万件、試料数は48万件であり、臨床研究にも基礎研究にも利用可能です。私たちNCBNの活動を動画で紹介していますので、ぜひ皆様ご覧ください。本コンテンツに関するお問い合わせは、６NC共通教育講座中央事務局（6nc-educ.jimu@jh.ncgm.go.jp）までご連絡ください。

  • What'ｓ NCBN?《講師：NCBN》

    NCBN operates a biobank that takes advantage of the characteristics of each NC, and has created a system to provide collected specimens and information to academia and companies. In addition to disease names, information on common medical interviews and a variety of specimens are catalogued and made available to the public. As one of the three major biobanks in Japan, as of the end of 2023, the NCBN has 130,000 registered patients and 480,000 samples, which can be used for both clinical and basic research.
