NC・JIHS:Animal Experiments Course

This course is structured around contents necessary for education and training as stipulated in the “Basic Guidelines for the Conduct of Animal Experiments, etc. at Implementing Agencies under the Jurisdiction of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.” Five NCs and JIHS animal care facilities collaborated to create these contents, which are designed to be easy to listen to, with each lecture lasting approximately 15 to 30 minutes. Important topics such as the classification of pain levels in animal experiments, the setting of humane endpoints, and anesthesia methods for experimental animals are explained in detail and with care. We hope you will make effective use of these contents.
