- I didn't receive a registration confirmation e-mail.

A registration confirmation e-mail is usually sent to the registered e-mail address within 30 minutes of application.
Your e-mail software or e-mail system security may handle the registration confirmation e-mail as a junk mail. Check your junk mail box, spam folder, and trash box and so on. If you find the e-mail, complete the registration.
Confirm your e-mail address and apply again.
If you still cannot find the e-mail, contact us with your name, user ID and registered e-mail address. Then, ICRweb staffs delete the temporarily registered information and let you know after that.
- I accessed the URL provided in the registration confirmation e-mail as instructed, but I cannot log in.

- I cannot log in with reissued password.

Sometimes the system cannot recognize the account information with copy and paste becouse the information have unnesseary information such as space characters
Also, please be careful about the capitalization and caps lock when entering.
If you have requested reissue multiple times, please use the user ID and password written in the last email you received.

You can change your user information except for user ID via the link "User information" on "My page" on left upper on the screen after logging in.
NOTE: You cannot change your user ID.
- I have forgotten my user ID/password.

If you have forgotten your user ID/password, please enter your registerd e-mail address on "Request login information" of login page.
And follow the steps below to create a new password.
- An e-mail with a link to obtain a new password (Title: Introduction to Clinical Research: Confirmation of password change) will be sent to the registered e-mail address.
Please reissue your password with clicking the URL in the mail content. - Click the link in the e-mail, and it makes your password reset. Another e-mail (Title: Introduction to Clinical Research: You have changed your password) with your new password will be sent to the registered e-mail address.
NOTE: The URL in the email can only be used once. Please note that the error will occur if you press the button twice.

- I have forgotten your registered e-mail address

If you know your user ID and password, you can confirm your registered e-mail address with the link "User information" on "My page" on left top of the screen after logging in.
In case that you have forgotten your user ID/password, let us know your name, and we let you know your user ID and temporary password after we confirm your registraton.
- I do not know my facility user ID. Let me know wether my instiitution have a contract.

We do not inform you that your institution has a contract or your facility user ID because we cannot determine whether you are eligible for the course at your instituton.
Please ask the department that manages the course history at your institution.
- Can I stop recieving e-mauk from ICRweb ?
- You can do that with selecting "I don't with receiving e-mail with the link "User information" on "My page" on left top of the screen after logging in."
- Delete registration information
- If you want to have your personal information deleted, "Contact us" with user ID and select your inquiry type as "Delete registration information".
View lectures
- I watched it until the end, but it doesn't show as completed.

- Wether you could watch lectures on the ICR website before or not
- Wether you can watch other lectures or not
- Wether You can watch the lecture with using another browser or another PC or not
- The environment information of your PC (OS, browser name, version, etc.).

Issue completion certificates

You must pass all the Online tests and fill the questionnaires.
After logging in, please check your course status from the page that opens from the "Certificate Issuance/Check Course History" link in "My Page " at the top left of the screen.
- I cannot press the issue button for an already issued certificate of completion.

If a course is added after a certificate of completion has been issued, the certificate of completion will be temporarily unavailable.
If you wish to issue a certificate of completion, you will be able to issue it again after you have completed viewing the added lectures, answering the questionnaire, and completing the end-of-chapter test (if available).
- The date on the certificate of completion is still old.
- If you require a certificate issued on a new date, you will need to retake and pass the test.
