About Issuing Certificates
A state in which a certificate of completion cannot be issued
- Courses with online tests
- The issue certificate button will become active after passing the online test and completing the questionnaire. And you will be able to issue the certificate of completion.
- Courses with end-of-lecture tests and no online tests
- When you complete the questionnaire after passing all the end-of-lecturer tests in the course, the color of the button will change and you will be able to issue the certificate of completion.
- Courses that do not have online tests or end-of-lecture tests
- When you complete the viewing of all the lectures in the course and answer the questionnaire, the color of the button will change and a certificate of completion will be issued.

About Online test
In order to take the online test, you will need to take all questnares and end-of-lecture tests after completinviewing the course lectures in the course.

The button with a red frame is the online test button.
The online test button changes depending on the state. Please refer to the explanation below for each status.
You can take the online test as many times as you want. If you retake and pass the online test, you can update the date on your certificate of completion.

About the issuance date and update of the issuance date of the certificate of completion
After logging in, you can print a certificate of completion for each course by selecting "Attendance/Certificate of Completion" in "My Page" at the top left of the screen.
You can the certificate of completion later or as many times as you want, but the date written on the certificate is not the date of printing, but the date when all the lectures in the course have been completed and you can take the online test. This will be the date of passing.
If you have passed the online test multiple times, the date of the certificate of completion will be the last date you passed the online test.

- About the content showed on the certificate of completion
- The certificate number will not change even if it is reissued.
- In addition to the "last name" and "first name", the "user name" will be showed on the certificate of completion. These cannot be hidden.
- For courses that have tests, the date of the completion certificate will be the date of the last successful course.
If you wish to update the date of your certificate after it has been issued, please take the online test again and pass.
