！  If your name or Online test completion date is not displayed, or displayed incorrectly on your certificate, please try the followings;

  1. Download the certificate and open it with Acrobat Reader etc
  2. Delete cache of the browser, or try accessing ICRweb with another browser
  3. Try accessing ICRweb with another PC

If you have tried all the above and still unsolved, please inform us your operating environment.
