User registration

The registration process doesn’t work. (new registration/reregistration).
Make sure that the registration process is complete, Correct all the information in the sections displaying warning messages, then apply again.
I didn't receive a registration confirmation e-mail.
A registration confirmation e-mail is usually sent to the registered e-mail address within 30 minutes of application.

If you do not receive a registration confirmation e-mail within 24 hours, check the following two points.

  1. Your e-mail software or e-mail system security may handle the registration confirmation e-mail as a junk mail. Check your junk mail box, spam folder, and trash box and so on. If you find the e-mail, complete the registration.
  2. If you still cannnot find the e-mail, contact us with your name, user ID and registered e-mail address. Then, ICRweb staffs delete the temporarily registered information and let you know after that.
I accessed the URL provided in the registration confirmation e-mail as instructed, but I cannot log in.
Depending on the e-mail software you use, you may not be able to access the address (URL) listed in the registration confirmation e-mail directly. In such a case, copy the address (URL) and paste it in the address field of your web browser to access it.

Change user information

Can I change my user information?
Yes, you can change your user information except the user ID. After logging in, open the "Change User Information" link in the user login box on the left side of the screen and submit the new information. You cannot change your user ID once registered.
Note: The link to the "Change User Information" doesn’t appear when you don't log in.
Can I change my password?
Yes, you can change your password.
After logging in, open the "Change User Information" link in the user login box on the left side of the screen, click "Change Password" enter your new password (more than 6 alphanumeric characters), and click "Save Changes" to complete the process.

Reissue password

I forgot my password.

If you forgot your password, follow the steps below to create a new password.(You will receive two e-mails to change your password.)

  1. Open "When You Forget Your Password" in the login box on the top left of the top page, enter the registered e-mail address in the form, and click "OK."
  2. An e-mail with a link to obtain a new password (Title: Introduction to Clinical Research: Confirmation of password change) will be sent to the registered e-mail address.
  3. Click the link in the e-mail, and it makes your password reset. Another e-mail (Title: Introduction to Clinical Research: You have changed your password) with your new password will be sent to the registered e-mail address.
    Log in with your user ID and the new password provided.

Note

- There may be a delay in sending e-mails.

- Depending on your e-mail settings, your e-mail software or e-mail system security may handle the e-mails as junk mails. Check your junk mail box, spam folder, trash box and so on.

- Login may not be authenticated successfully if you copy and paste due to additional spaces, etc.

- A password cannot be reissued in case the registered e-mail addresses has been lost or deleted.
You can register as a new user, or "Contact us". with your old e-mail address in addition to your name or user ID.

Delete registration information

Please delete my registration information.
If you want to have your personal information deleted, "Contact us" with user ID and select your inquiry type as "Delete registration information".

View lectures

The lecture doesn't start. The screen remains black.

Check the "System requirements".

Issue completion certificates

The "Issue Certificate" button is not effective.
You must pass all the Online tests and fill the questionnaires.
For details, refer to "About Issuing Certificates".
The date on the completion certificates is not updated after viewing the lecture again.
If you want to make the date of the completion certificate of updated, you must retake the test and pass it.

Online test

I cannot take the test.
View all contents in the course.
What is the passing line of the test?
Rate of correct answers to be 80%.
Will the score be updated if I take the test again?
Yes, your score will be updated if you retake the test and pass it, On the other hand, once you pass the test, you never be judged failed even if your score doesn’t reach the pass line in the re-challenge.
If you do not pass (if you have never passed) the test, you cannot issue the completion certificate.
