Introduction to Clinical Research e-Learning (hereinafter referred to as "ICRweb") aims to contribute to the improvement of clinical research by providing educational materials, the latest information, and useful content via the Internet.
The creation and operation of this application are conducted by the National Cancer Center Japan.
Details regarding the use of personal information in this application, as well as the use of content (including secondary use and copyright matters), are provided below.

Privacy Policy

The handling of personal information in this application is described below.

  1. ICRweb User ID
    • The ICRweb User ID entered at the first launch of the application is stored on the user's device. This ID is used for sending course completion notifications and in-application messages.
  2. Download Information
    • The total number of downloads is collected to support future development of ICRweb. This information is not associated with individual user IDs.
  3. Course Completion Notifications
    • The total number of course completion notifications is collected for the purpose of improving future services. This information is not linked to individual user IDs.
  4. Operating System Information
    • The operating system version of the device is collected to ensure stable operation and compatibility of the application.
  5. Other Information
    • This application does not collect any other personal information from the user's device, including location information, device identifiers, contact information, or image data.

Use of Content

  1. Regarding the secondary use of content provided by ICRweb:
    • Commercial Use
      Commercial use of the content is not permitted. However, use for the purpose of disseminating and promoting knowledge of clinical research methodologies is allowed. For other commercial uses, please contact ICRweb.
